Southern Comfort Homes, Inc. is an award-winning custom builder, with over 200 homes built since 2000 on clients’ home sites in the plantation and beach communities of Brunswick County, North Carolina.  We are a small volume builder with a dedicated team to give personal attention to your new home construction.  This supports a stable trade force, most of whom have been building with us for years. 

Licensed general contractor Michael High personally manages each home building project.  Southern Comfort Homes holds a North Carolina Unlimited General Contractors license, and is a member of the National Home Builders Association and its Brunswick County chapter and the Southport Oak Island Chamber of Commerce.
